About Me

Robin Klein, RD, CSP, LDN

Robin is a Philly-based Registered Dietitian/Nutrition Therapist and Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. She empowers her clients to heal their relationship with food and their bodies by helping them to break free from chronic dieting and make food choices from a place of pleasure and nourishment over rigidity and restriction. She embraces a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach with a passion for helping clients discover increased self-compassion, body acceptance, and respect. Robin truly believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to eating and living.

Robin is particularly interested in helping parents prevent disordered eating in their children and families. She provides parents the tools they need to raise healthy, intuitive eaters with a respectful and peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.

Robin practices from a philosophy that bodies come in all shapes and sizes (children’s included). All bodies are worthy of nourishment. All bodies deserve to enjoy food.

My Approach

As a Registered Dietitian, my approach centers around the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive care. I believe in fostering a positive and supportive relationship with food and body, focusing on overall health and well-being rather than just weight.

My practice emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based guidance that respects individual differences and promotes body acceptance. I am dedicated to helping clients cultivate a healthy relationship with food through personalized nutrition counseling, education on intuitive eating, and support in developing sustainable health promoting behaviors.

Let’s work together so you and your family can have a more flexible and joyful experience with eating.
